Lighthouse Series | Kinusaiga-Inspired No-Sew Quilt Art
Our Kinusaiga-Inspired No-Sew Quilting collection is heading to the North Carolina coast!
Choose from four iconic lighthouse designs ā Bodie Island, Cape Hatteras, Cape Lookout, or Currituck ā and transform fabric into a beautiful dimensional piece of coastal art.
Kinusaiga is a unique technique that creates the appearance of intricate quilting without sewing a single stitch. You'll work section by section, placing and tucking fabric into the design to bring your lighthouse to life.
This workshop is beginner friendly, and we'll guide you through the process from start to finish.
Your registration includes one lighthouse project, fabric, materials and in-studio instruction.
PLEASE NOTE: One project per person. Projects may not be shared between participants.
Take-home kits are also available!

ā¢ Because materials are purchased in advance and a seat is specifically reserved for you and may not be available for another crafter, workshop registrations are non-refundable.
ā¢ We are a BYOB studio. Feel free to bring your favorite beverages and snacks while you create.

- If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
- Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.
No refunds will be given. If a reservation is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the workshop, the customer can receive a credit towards a future project of equal value. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a credit.
Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
Guest Policy
Guest Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to approval.

If your project uses or is made of wood, this policy applies. This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks, chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
