All projects measure 8.5x11 inches and are framed.

Designs are pre stenciled so it's just like an adult coloring book.

Please note:

Once your order is placed you can not change the project or design choices you made.
All sales are FINAL! NO REFUNDS will be issued due to the planning and supplies involved in the event.
All wood is different and may have knots in it.
If you can not attend the event, you will have the option of receiving your project as a take-home kit or have the project completed for you ($10 additional charge).

How to Register

Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

No refunds will be given. If a reservation is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the workshop, the customer can receive a credit towards a future project of equal value. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a credit.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to approval.

By completing registration you are agreeing to these terms.

Wood

If your project uses or is made of wood, this policy applies. This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks, chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
