Tide to Table: Resin Art Workshop

Turn furniture into art in this immersive, hands-on resin experience! In Tide to Table, you’ll design and create a stunning coastal-inspired resin ocean scene on your own tabletop. Over multiple sessions, you’ll prep, pour, and refine layered resin waves—resulting in a functional statement piece you’ll be proud to display.

Workshop Details

  • This is a 2-day workshop

  • You must attend Day One and at least one additional day to complete your project

  • Participants must bring their own tabletop

Dates

  • February 21 – Surface prep and first resin pour

  • February 22 – Finishing work and final pour

    • If you’re unable to attend on the 22nd, an alternate day can be arranged

    • More complex designs may require additional studio days, and we’re happy to accommodate as needed

Projects will remain in the studio during cure times. Pickup arrangements will be made during the workshop.

Pricing

  • $99 minimum for tabletops up to 24"

  • Larger tables or additional pours may incur extra charges

  • For larger projects, your workshop reservation will be treated as a deposit, with remaining costs handled in-studio

Important Notes

  • This is a public workshop held at our studio in Bogue, NC

  • One project per seat (no sharing)

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

No refunds will be given. If a reservation is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the workshop, the customer can receive a credit towards a future project of equal value. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a credit.


Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to approval.

Wood

If your project uses or is made of wood, this policy applies. This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks, chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
